What we do with your data
We use your data to carry out our energy brokerage services, which is covered in more detail in a Letter of Authority you will need to sign to benefit from our services.
If you sign a contract using our services, you will be included on our e-newsletter mailing list which includes information about the energy industry that may be a legitimate interest to you as a business owner/decision maker within a business. You can unsubscribe from this e-newsletter at any time by either clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each newsletter, or getting in touch with us (please see the ‘Contact us’ section at the bottom of this policy) and asking to be removed.
How long we keep your data
If you sign a supply contract using our services, we will keep your data for a minimum of the term of the contract that is arranged, and a maximum term of seven years after the end of the last contract you signed using our services.
If you decide not to use our services to arrange a supply contract, we will keep your data for no longer than seven years.
How we protect your data and keep it secure
All data we collect is stored securely in line with the law. We will never share your data with a third party unless we have your permission to do so.
You have the right to request:
- Information about how your personal data is processed
- A copy of your personal data
- That anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately
You can also:
- Raise an objection about how your data is processed
- Request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer justification for it
- Ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted
