A Cornish farmer’s daughter, Ellen is renowned for her fantastic telephone manner and the way she really looks after customers and liaises with energy suppliers to negotiate the best deals.
Off duty Ellen can usually be found riding her 18-year-old New Forest pony Holly or else helping out around the family farm, especially when it comes to lambing season.
She has also been putting her sewing and stitching skills to good use in producing masks for the NHS.
Her biggest frustration is energy suppliers not replying to her emails when she is trying to sort out a contract with them.
